GLUTE

GLUTE is a leg-day class with an emphasis on the development of glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. Exercises are done with barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells to build, strengthen and tone the entire lower body while increasing overall metabolism and hypertrophy. There is programmed work and rest within this 50 minute class and is scalable for all strength levels.

FLEX

FLEX is a physique training class designed to build and strengthen your arms! Exercises are maximized for muscle gains, chest and shoulder development and overall upper body strength. There is programmed work and rest within this 50 minute class and is scalable for all strength levels.

LIFT
