A LIFT Society membership will give you unlimited access to the best coaching and programming in Los Angeles with all the conveniences of group classes. Our classes max out at 12 people so you get individual attention during each lift and you won’t get lost in the crowd.
Private training gets you to your goals faster. We offer 30 minute and 60 minute private training sessions which are tailored to your needs, goals, and schedule. Have a nagging injury? Need to drop inches in no time? We’ve got you covered. *In home sessions available at an additional cost.
Schedule an appointment with our in house Certified Nutritionist to get your diet on track. This program is 4-6 weeks long and solidifies healthy long-term habits based on your specific goals and programming. Our goal is to create a nutrition program that works for your lifestyle so you can maintain lasting results and optimum nutrition.
